100g dried cranberries (antioxidants and manganese)
65g kiwis (Vitamin C and Vitamin B6)
50g frozen strawberries (Vitamin C and antioxidants)
55g of my favourite pea protein powder
20g organic milled flaxseed (fibre and Omega 3)
750 ml of cold water
